    SEWA Team Darts

    Recieved mine yesterday!
After a few hundred throws I like them!
Been using PT World Champs in a 24 for 7 yrs now. The grip on the PTs was way more tough and grippy. After a while I learned how to adjust my throw so I wouldnt spin them or anything... takes alot of work to have a clean release for me.
The Sewa Team darts arent as super sand paper grippy which is just right for my throwing style. No unwanted spin and clean release every time... I think I found my dart.
I chose them in a 22 because curious about the 2 gram difference in the swing, and it turned out to be a good choice. With the 24g PT's I felt a nice tug on the end of my back swing and I depended on that to keep my release stable sorta speak.
2 grams sure make a difference in a few things. First, that tug I was looking for wasnt there, but I began to feel it once I polished up my swing and payed attention to the soft feel.
Second, the barrel design was different for sure.... Instead of the straight flat design of the PTs, the Sewa team darts shape is a pleasant thing in hand.
My fingers feel happy not having to hold a thin barrel for sure. Less fatigue and way less control issues upon release. The shape is wonderful and tight groups are much more possible now due to its tapered design.
Over all, I like them enough to say that and am putting the PTs up for sale.
Thanks Eric for the design concept and for having this contest.

    My Score:

have been throwing the 22 gram sewa team darts now since april 2013 (roughly 3mnths)...and love them! I used to throw steve beaton darts which are a rear grip dart. over the last year i've noticed my grip moving more towards the center of the dart so i decided to look for new darts....the beaton darts are 6.8mm by 43mm trying to find a similar size dart with a center grip was hard to do most center grip darts are short fat and a lot heavier, so when i came across these sewa team darts i had to try them and let just say i love them!

the sewa darts are 7mm by 45mm perfect for my hand. they fit naturaly to my grip style and with no added unnessasary grip anywhere else on the dart i find the dart leaves my hand the same every time with no hangups unlike other darts with unnessasary extra cuts in the barrel. in my opinion this is an all Business dart!!!

i am a tournament player that practices around 3hrs a day over tile at home and over cement at work (before, breaks, and after work that is lol)with no issues at all when the darts hit the ground... i actually need another set for backup puposes at tournaments i look forward to using these in a couple of weeks at the ado all star/ 501 championships and the usa classic tournament in stamford ct...hopefully i can get a couple photo opurtunities to help promote these awesome darts!

the only thing i would change would be a storm style point...but not a huge deal..

bottom line great dart! look forward to seeing a soft tip version (hint hint please make a soft tip version!!!!!!!!)
